Coaching occurs as weekly one-to-one sessions. At the beginning of the process, we set out the key goals you would like to achieve and the challenges you would like to overcome. Then, each week, we discuss your progress and work with you to move forward.
I’m based in Brisbane, Australia. However, all coaching is undertaken on Zoom, so we can work together no matter where you are in the world!
The sessions are an hour long, making them the perfect exercise to fit in and around busy schedules.
