Behavioural Profiling

I am an accredited consultant of Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling. Unlike personality profiling, a behavioural profile reveals the key behavioural traits of a person and how they are likely to function within a team.

An Extended DISC profile involves a 90-minute unpack and 24-page report which includes the respondent’s:

  • Default work behavioural style
  • Motivators
  • Strengths
  • Weaknesses
  • Current emotional state and influences
  • Natural communication style
  • And much more

EDISC has an accuracy rating of 88%, and reports can be used to:

  • Improve team and leadership-team communications
  • Reveal ideal communication styles
  • Assist leadership with professional and personal development
  • Improve sales techniques
  • Refine recruitment processes
  • Reduce team conflict

    Frequently Asked Questions

Who is leadership consulting ideal for?

Leadership consulting is ideal for business owners, executives, and leadership teams who want to scale with clarity and confidence. It is particularly valuable for:

    • Business partners and co-founders who need alignment on vision, strategy, and decision-making.
    • Leaders of teams with 10 or more staff who want to reduce reliance on themselves and build stronger leadership capability within the business.
    • Owners planning for growth, succession, or exit who want to create a business that performs consistently without their constant involvement

It is not about teaching the basics of running a business. It is about supporting experienced leaders to sharpen their strategy, strengthen communication, and create the conditions for a high-performing team.

    How does business consulting work?

Leadership consulting starts with a 30-day diagnostic, where I take a close look at how your business and leadership team operate. This includes analysing communication, decision-making, team performance, and overall business alignment.

The diagnostic involves one-to-one consulting sessions and a results presentation, where I share a SWOT analysis and outline a tailored strategy for your leadership team and business.

From there, we agree on an ongoing consulting plan. This usually includes regular sessions with business partners or leadership teams, structured frameworks to guide decision-making, and practical tools to build alignment, accountability, and performance across the business.

The process is collaborative, transparent, and always focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

    Where are you based?

I’m based in Brisbane, Australia but as all consulting is done on Teams, I have had clients in London, New Zealand, Germany, the Philippines, Vietnam and more.

How long are the consulting sessions?

The sessions are 60 minutes long with 1-3 relevant key actions to complete per week.

How do I know if consulting is right for me?

Consulting is right for you if you want clarity, accountability, and practical strategies to take your business and leadership skills to the next level.

It’s especially valuable if you are:

    • Leading a business with 10 or more staff and want to strengthen your leadership team.
    • A business partner or co-founder needing alignment on vision, roles, or decision-making.
    • Experiencing bottlenecks because too much relies on you personally.
    • Planning for growth, succession, or exit and want a clear roadmap.

The best way to know if it’s right is to experience it. That’s why I begin with a 30-day diagnostic. This allows me to analyse your business and leadership approach, and it gives you the opportunity to see if the consulting process feels like the right fit for you.

    What if consulting doesn’t work?

Consulting is designed to create clarity, alignment, and measurable improvements in your business. That said, every business is different, and it’s important to recognise that results depend on both the process and the commitment of the leadership team.

That’s why I start with a 30-day diagnostic. It gives us both the chance to assess whether consulting is the right fit before committing to a longer-term arrangement. If it becomes clear that consulting is not adding value, we don’t continue.

In other words, there is no long-term risk. You will still gain insights from the diagnostic and a clear picture of your current strengths, challenges, and opportunities.
