Leadership consulting is ideal for business owners, executives, and leadership teams who want to scale with clarity and confidence. It is particularly valuable for:
It is not about teaching the basics of running a business. It is about supporting experienced leaders to sharpen their strategy, strengthen communication, and create the conditions for a high-performing team.
Leadership consulting starts with a 30-day diagnostic, where I take a close look at how your business and leadership team operate. This includes analysing communication, decision-making, team performance, and overall business alignment.
The diagnostic involves one-to-one consulting sessions and a results presentation, where I share a SWOT analysis and outline a tailored strategy for your leadership team and business.
From there, we agree on an ongoing consulting plan. This usually includes regular sessions with business partners or leadership teams, structured frameworks to guide decision-making, and practical tools to build alignment, accountability, and performance across the business.
The process is collaborative, transparent, and always focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
I’m based in Brisbane, Australia but as all consulting is done on Teams, I have had clients in London, New Zealand, Germany, the Philippines, Vietnam and more.
The sessions are 60 minutes long with 1-3 relevant key actions to complete per week.
Consulting is right for you if you want clarity, accountability, and practical strategies to take your business and leadership skills to the next level.
It’s especially valuable if you are:
The best way to know if it’s right is to experience it. That’s why I begin with a 30-day diagnostic. This allows me to analyse your business and leadership approach, and it gives you the opportunity to see if the consulting process feels like the right fit for you.
Consulting is designed to create clarity, alignment, and measurable improvements in your business. That said, every business is different, and it’s important to recognise that results depend on both the process and the commitment of the leadership team.
That’s why I start with a 30-day diagnostic. It gives us both the chance to assess whether consulting is the right fit before committing to a longer-term arrangement. If it becomes clear that consulting is not adding value, we don’t continue.
In other words, there is no long-term risk. You will still gain insights from the diagnostic and a clear picture of your current strengths, challenges, and opportunities.
